All paintings and prints displayed on this web-site are protected by and owned by the artist Ashburn Williams. No reproduction or copying allowed of any original or limited edition prints without the prior agreement in writing. Any such agreement to be drawn up in a legal contract between both parties.

SHIPPING COSTS

Packaging, post and insurance is included in the shipping costs. These are set at £15.00 for orders within the UK and £35.00 for export orders outside the UK.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times for the UK are normally within a few days. Sales overseas are posted by International Data Post and will normally take 4/6 days from the day of dispatch. All deliveries will require to be signed for on receipt. Delays do occur due to Customs. Datapost packages can be tracked. All original and limited edition paintings are insured for the full value. Postage & insurance to be covered by the customer within the shipping costs.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Once an order is placed by telephone, fax or Internet, you are entering into a legal purchase contract with the company. Under United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to return the items purchased within 3 working days of delivery to your stated address. Products must be in the original condition, and any water colour and limited edition must be returned by registered post. Once the painting has been received by the company, a re-fund will be made, less the cost of postage, insurance, packaging and debit/credit charges. All payments are made in Pounds Sterling.

CREDIT CARD PROTECTION

The company are committed to protecting your information, including credit/debit card details and any other information received during the originating of the order. Your online transaction is made through a secure connection and we do not disclose any information to other companies.

UK DELIVERY OF ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

Most Original water colours will be delivered in person by one of our couriers, unless otherwise instructed by the buyer. Arrangements will be made once the transaction has been confirmed and payment received and cleared through the bank.

PRINTS

An original fine hand crafted Giclee print, printed using the finest materials, will be signed and numbered by the artist, Ashburn Williams. If required a print may carry a dedication for the purchaser. Prints will also carry an embossed seal and a certificate of authenticity as guarantee. All prints are sold with full archival mounting and presentation and delivered ready for framing.
